Our Strategic Plan (2025-2030) focuses on three primary objectives:Scaling Quality, Instructional Fidelity, and Community Integration. Scaling Quality involves the controlled expansion of our centers into three new high-need regions while maintaining a student-to-mentor ratio of no more than 4:1. This expansion is governed by rigorous site readiness assessments and a dedicated, pre-funded curriculum deployment plan to prevent dilution of program quality. Instructional Fidelity is our commitment to regular, mandatory teacher certification and professional development, ensuring 100% adherence to our structured literacy methodology. We are investing in a cloud-based fidelity monitoring system to provide real-time coaching support to every instructor. Community Integration focuses on formalizing partnerships with local social services and school districts to ensure our students receive wrap-around support, addressing non-academic barriers to learning.
